SelectionAfter a pre-selection, candidates are invited for a fact-finding interview. Concrete criteria - such as education, knowledge and experience - are tested. Based on candidates' personal qualities, we also assess whether they fit into your corporate culture.
After this selection, an initial report is drawn up presenting the selected candidates with a photograph and introduction. More often than not they are then invited on site for the last interview with the principal. To this end, we will attempt to form a selection commission consisting of two representatives each from our business and from NewRoadz.
Referees
Subject to the candidate's permission and provided the principal so wishes, we consult the candidate's referees.
Assessment
An assessment is a standard item in our time planning. It serves as an extra filter that enhances the chance of success. The exact elements on which our testing is based are determined by agreement with the principal. Qualified (NIP) psychologists carry out this suitability test which is followed by a report under the NewRoadz label. The principal decides whether an assessment is to take place or not.
